Dear Madam, Dear Sir,
We have created our small (cameral) and exclusive Office to satisfy expectations of some Clients, providing them honest, professional and composite service in both - Polish and English - languages.
Our service is adressed to the big companies as well as to individual contractors and foreign companies / individuals obliged to settle VAT in Poland.
The idea of opening such Office came on the basis of my long experience in working with various accounting firms. I've always felt the lack of their contacts with client and honest care of its business interest.
We all work hard, and each of us would like to spend our money in the most efficient way. Efficiency means that our money should buy a product of adequate quality. In case of bookkeeping service, we should receive a good and solid product.
Bookkeeping is among those basic field of our activity which should not be neglected under any circumstances, as this would not only lead to our financial loss but also to nasty fiscal/penal consequences. Overwhelming mercantile approach and our continuous pursuit of money is nothing new for accounting firms. Therefore, employees in these firms are overburden with work, which leads to occurrence of errors and lack of time to thoroughly analyze the clients' business issues.
True, I have never been an easy customer for accounting firms, with my extensive knowledge and interest in thats ubject. I was often interested in finding out why a transaction was booked in a certain way, I asked questions and demanded answers. In fact, I never received any proper answers, thus being forced to seek explanation of doubts by myself. I was often right in my speculations, but NO firm would ever discuss these issues with me, or admit its fault. I always had to instruct them to change a posting at my own risk. And then I was thinking: Why was I so outrageously ignored? After all, I paid them quite a lot of money!
Anyone - be it a corporate president or a humble individual hiring a housekeeper - may frequently encounter enormous difficulties in understanding and handling the necessary formalities. Our duty is to help to such person to solve its problems, analyze its business issues and advice the best solutions.
Simply - we should give to the clients our time and attention.
If you have already found an accounting firm that offers you a reliable service and does not leave you lacking necessary knowledge and information - CONGRATULATIONS! you were really lucky to have found them. Still, not everyone was so lucky, and good standards should be followed.
This is how I got the idea of opening my Office as the new quality of accounting service for my clients guaranteeing unconventional and customized approach to their needs.
